Job Descriptions
- Be the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the inflow and outflow of correspondence.
- Work in sync with other members of staff to ensure proper flow of information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer customers’ questions, process their requests, and schedule all appointments.
- Keep a proper log of visitors and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- He / She must be computer literate and must be fluent in English.
- Aged not more than 30 years old.
Salary
N40, 000 monthly.
