Job Description
- Prepare/review and draft contracts, agreements, and any other documents as shall be needed by the company.
- Legal compliance and research.
- Legal filings and documentation with regulatory agencies.
- Provide legal support to the company.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and BL

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate as part of a team.
- Passionate about corporate law.
