We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Support Personnel
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Resumption Date: Immediate
Job Descriptions
- First point of contact and day-to-day technical support to end-users;
- Responds to IT requests via multiple sources such as phone and e-mail;
- Enters call data into the tracking system.
- Interacts with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Familiarization with any of the following is beneficial: VLANs, VOIP, RSTP, Ethernet, Wireless, Switching, and Routing concepts.
- Provides user access service.
- Printer and scanner support
- Application software support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or any related field
- 5 – 8 years of experience as an IT Support Personnel
- Qualifications in IT is an added advantage.
Remuneration
N80, 000 Monthly.
