Job Descriptions
- Are you a real estate consultant? Then you are who we are looking for.
- We are looking for a Real Estate Consultant with a large / group of realtors / consultants.
Key Roles
- Increase the company’s realtor database
- Encourage realtors to sell the company’s products
- Manage Realtor Database and update Realtor information in real time
- Provide project and business updates to Realtors in real time
- Ensure on a monthly basis that the Realtors sell Ten (10) properties from any of the Company’s sites and estates on each calendar month.
- Providing information and tackle concerns for Realtors as requests and information come in
- Provide easy access for Realtors to the company’s sites during site inspections
- Grow the Realtor database by adding fifty (50) realtors through referrals, network marketing system and adverts on a monthly basis
- Effectively onboard new Realtors to get them settled immediately to commence business with the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Must have at least a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Real Estate Marketer/ Realtor
- Must be affiliated with various realtor groups
- Must have at least minimum of 100 realtors in his/her data base.
- Must have a good marketing skill and a proven track record of closed deals
- Must be a skilled digital marketer.
