Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase II, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A contemporary Music Record company currently looking for a tech-savvy executive assistant whose responsibilities include managing calendars, attending meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
  • In order for Her to be successful in this role, they should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.
  • Ultimately, our ideal candidate will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the Chief Operating Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Handling correspondence directed to managers
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Job Descripton

  • The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, and bank reconciliations.
  • Conducting cyclical audits and ability to perform basic administrative duties.
  • Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
  • Prepare tax documents
  • Compile and analyze financial statements
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field

Job Title: Marketer / PR Personnel

Location: Lekki Phase II, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Establish Communication Goals:

  • Ability to establish how much and what type of communication the client has with the press and public. Overall projection of a more positive or the best public image.
  • Assess company’s or client’s public image
  • Examine polls, read reviews and monitor client’s online presence to determine the company’s or client’s public image.
  • Ability to review previous press releases and public events to determine how the client has handled press and public relations in the past. This assessment can help determine how best to proceed with the media and if they want to make alterations to their public image.
  • Ability to provide unique insight and give valuable recommendations is paramount.
  • Develop press releases
  • It is the responsibility of the public relations officer to choose the wording and the tone of the press release, to present the information most appropriately in any document format the organisation shares with the public about their actions or new initiatives.

Write Speeches:

  • Like with developing press releases, the client may determine what the subject of the speech is. Still, the public relations officer uses their understanding of phrasing and public perception to write a speech that gives the perception the client wants to present.
  • Additionally, the public relations officer may determine when a client gives a speech based on changing public perception.

Correspond with News Media:

  • The public relations officer’s role involves giving and receiving news from the press. For example, if there is news about a client that the press plans to publish, the public relations officer may use their connections to find out what the news is and when the press intends to release it.
  • They use those same relationships to communicate information that the client wants to share with the public.

Review Marketing Material:

  • The marketer/public relations officer will lead the marketing team to develop marketing materials that represent the Principal partner in the desired way.
  • They also make sure that all marketing materials align with the public relations goals they set for their client.

Respond to Public Events and Inquiries:

  • Clients may receive invitations or information about public events, in which case it is the public relations officers’ job to determine what events their clients attend and how to respond to invitations they choose to decline.
  • Additionally, if a client has an event, the public relations officer may handle the guest list, sending out invitations and managing attendees at the event.
  • They are also responsible for all press inquiries the client receives, and they determine which inquiries are valuable and what responses their client sends.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications Journalism or Public Relations.
  • Having a Master’s Degree in Public Relations will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral Communication Skills
  • Media relations, Marketing skills, Conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable in industry trend and events
  • Financially literate
  • Must possess the aura, carriage, or personality profile to represent the client in high profile functions and meetings.
