Job Title: Account Management Executive
Location: Ikeja Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Specialization: Client Relationship Management, Retention, Debt Recovery, Revenue Collection and Account Reconciliation.
Job Responsibilities
- Gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Forecasting costs and revenues
- Manage tax payments
- Organize internal audits
- Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
- Analyze financial trends
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any related field or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience. Preferably in hospitality environment while being professional and Customer focused.
- Stays calm under stress and proactive in problem solving.
- Great telephone etiquette; ability to hold a decent conversation over the phone
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Processing information received from clients and giving accurate responses to clients.
- Ability to function in a multi-tasking environment.
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations.
Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Company: Import / Export business
Job Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing/ Sales
- Must be goal oriented
Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
