Verifying and processing machine fills, jackpots, and credits
Issuing and reconciling opening and closing floats
Documenting and reconciling transactions, preparing revenue reports.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing various cash transactions, including currency exchange, traveler’s cheques, and gaming tickets
  • Monitoring and promptly reporting any discrepancies or suspicious cash activities
  • Facilitating the redemption of gaming tickets for cash and the sale of vouchers
  • Verifying and processing machine fills, jackpots, and credits
  • Distributing and reconciling opening and closing floats
  • Documenting and reconciling all transactions, as well as preparing revenue reports
  • Cultivating strong relationships with both guests and team members
  • Ensuring strict adherence to licensing laws, health, and safety regulations
  • Performing any additional duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications:
