We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Legal Unit

Location: Nigeria

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare Legal Opinions and advice on General legal issues.
  • Provide Legal advisory and interpretation services on various aspects of existing law and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice on contentious and non-contentious matters affecting the Bank.
  • Ensure representation and participation on litigation and ensure follow-up as it affects the Bank.
  • Follow-up on contracted external lawyers to procure legal opinions, services, interpretations and consultations.
  • Review, investigate (searches) and authenticate securities offered as collateral for credit.
  • Prepare, review and advice on MOUS, SLAs and all forms of contractual agreements between the bank and other parties.
  • Supervision of registration and custody of credits securities property titles and legal documents.
  • Preparation for Board meeting documentation and sundry tasks.
  • General administration of the Bank’s secretariat.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in LL.B, BL qualification.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ work experience.
  • Must possess leadership skills.
  • Creative and innovative.

Job Title: Business Development Officer (Team Lead)

Location: Nigeria

Job  Descriptions

  • Good knowledge of banking products.
  • Sound Relationship Skills
  • To explore new Business Opportunities, identify new prospective clients and develop new business relationships.
  • Schedule and Conduct Clients visits and follow up effectively with clients.
  • Credit Evaluation and assessment.
  • Provide advisory where necessary on business management and financial matters.
  • Supervise and monitor the daily collections of team members.
  • Prepare a proper marketing report on team’s activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any field.
  • Banking experience with a minimum of 6 years playing similar role.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Well groomed.
  • Must possess leadership skills Creative and innovative.

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Descriptions

  • Good knowledge of banking products Source for different customers for account opening (current savings and Time deposit Source for new customers and maintain relationship with vising customers exploring new business opportunities.
  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Processing of Credit facilities
  • Provide advisory where necessary on business management and financial matters Management of Clients
  • Daily Collection of Deposits and Loan Re-payment

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates can apply.
  • Candidates must possess an OND in any related Social Science course.
  • Banking experience will be an advantage.
  • Well groomed.
  • Creative and Innovative.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Nigeria

Job  Descriptions

  • Picking up and delivery various documents/packages promptly.
  • Securing packages documents to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all packages delivered to recipients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least a SSCE qualification.
  • Valid rider’s license or permit.
  • Very familiar with Mainland and Island routes.
