We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staff, clients etc
- Collating and filing expenses
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the principal
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Carrying out miscellaneous tasks to support the principal.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related courses
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of Ms suites
- A Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
Salary
N100, 000 Monthly.
