We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Management Trainee
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Field: Sales and Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Human Resources
Job Responsibilities
- Under-study and understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of a second class upper grade in any field
- Having a Degree in Management or Business is an added advantage
- Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent math and computational ability
- Effective communication skills.
