Job Title: Loan Officer / Savings Officer

Job Descriptions
- Evaluate the Credit Worthiness by processing loan applications and documentations per company policy
- Ensure achievement of Monthly Loan target
- Determine all applicable metrics and ratios and set up debt repayment plans
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility, feasibility of granting loans and justify decisions for approval and rejections.
- Go the extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and develop referral network
- Carry out customer address search and verification exercise
- Support the team lead on Recovery and other related transaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND, NCE
- One year or more experience in a similar field is an added advantage.
- Candidate must be fluent in English, Hausa and Yoruba.
