Job Description

  • We require the services of a Direct Sales Agent Executive to drive sales and nurture positive client relations for our Digital Product dedicated to revolutionizing accounting and bookkeeping solutions for Nigerian Businesses.

Key Role

  • As a Direct Sales Agent Executive, your job will be to act as an ambassador of the company. You will deliver in-person pitches to potential clients and business owners, financial Leaders and executives, follow up on new business opportunities, and ultimately drive Customer acquisition, sales conversions revenue generation and client retention. You are required to have an excellent command of English, possess a can-do spirit, and have a great personality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
  • Fast learning abilities, retail and analytical skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • A proactive self-starter able to simultaneously handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to be immersed in a very international and entrepreneurial environment.


  • Proactive, self-starter with poise and presence coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with Business executives and staff and their advisors
  • Ability to develop and coordinate client relationships even after conversion
  • Ability to mentally and visually profile intending clients and tactically engage to deliver conversions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Detail orientation with exceptional analytical skills
  • Good collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment​​​​​​.
