Job Title: Technical Operator
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Descriptions
- Inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications
- Operate and maintain complicated factory machinery
- Maintain and monitor the machine to make sure it functions properly
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of machines
- Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess an OND/ HND or a Bachelor’s Degree in related or field, Electrical, Trade Test 1,2,3
- At least 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector
- Basic knowledge of autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting skills
- Machine operations and maintenance.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Descriptions
- Monitoring, maintaining, and operating the Machine.
- Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should.
- May train new Operators.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of Trade Test 1
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience operating a machine
- Proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering Techniques
- Understanding of GMP and HACCP
- Understanding of Health, Safety and Environment
- Ability to learn.
Job Title: Project Enforcer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Descriptions
- Acquisition and investigation of field data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Compilation and analysis of field data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative data submission on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Key Roles
- Tariff reclassification: Upgrading existing customers from a previous tariff plan to a recommended tariff plan based on energy consumption level and/or use of premises and/or service wire configuration.
- Energy theft: Identifying ways in which energy is being stolen e.g. meter bypass and meter tampering, customers who have not vended for over six (6) months and have huge outstanding payments.
- Free Riders: Identifying individuals or entities who are not registered on the company’s network but connected to the network with no evidence of payment or vending history and escalating such report to the backend.
- Illegal Connection: Identifying and escalating consumers who are illegally connected to the electricity supply via the electric pole.
- New Customers: Sourcing for newly constructed facilities such as residential apartments, commercial buildings, shops, etc., and registering them on the company’s network.
- Customer Validation: Updating customer details on the Network and providing accurate and timely feedback.
- Carry out all other duties as assigned by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a minimum of an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Ownership of a smart mobile phone
- Communication and Interpersonal Relations
- Ability & interest to carry out fieldwork under pressure with effectiveness with little or no supervision
