Reporting to: Head of Product
- The Account Manager is a motivated and adaptable team member who will grow and sustain the company’s customer accounts across Nigeria and Africa as we scale.
- You will handle the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts with a focus on growing your customer’s loans and deposits with the company.
- They are responsible for Business Development, Customer Growth, Managing Customer Accounts and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with the company’s services.
- Grow demand for customer loan requests and deposits for all assigned accounts while maintaining 80% growth in loan and transaction volume.
- Ensure swift and effective communication – email, calls, meetings, daily operations report to customers.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients to ensure growing demand for the company’s services and products.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day logistics operations with minimal incidents •
- Lead operations coordinators to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Manage the operations teams, trips success teams and customer service teams, to ensure maximum performance and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance.
- Manage relationships with all customers and other key stakeholders to your business.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Social Science related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience working at a start-up is an added advantage.
