Job Title: Supply Chain Intern

Your Role
- To drive the delivery of critical business initiatives across a number of plant areas including Production, Engineering, Safety and Quality.
- Establish a process of production downtime data collection and reporting.
- Develop production waste monitoring and reporting process.
- Coordinate execution of safety and quality improvement actions.
- Coordinate control and compliance revision and gaps closure
Your Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
- Ability to learn and basic knowledge/understanding of production processes
- Be organised with personal workload, efficient and accurate.
- Attention to detail is essential
- Be proactive and work on own initiative.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and network across other functions/business units.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player.

Job Title: Supply Operations Intern

Your Role
- Perform various tasks related to Supply Chain Operations.
- Assist with developing SOPs, training documents and providing assistance with process controls.
- Work closely with the Supply Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the supply chain.
- Analyse data related to business operations.
- Coordinate and track movement of goods through outbound logistics pathways.
- Execute internal projects as advised by the Departmental Head.
- Track Claims, Returns & Refusals with the customers, follow up on credit note retrievals with Transporters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
- The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding and commitment to compliance with safety regulations in and out of the work environment.
