Job Title: Front Desk / HMO Officer

Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer’s information and registration.
  • Opening of customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintenance and updating of customer records.
  • Resolution of product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
  • You are expected to ensure and provide quality service to both inpatient and outpatients.
  • Registering of new HMO patients.
  • Getting proper authorizations and codes for HMO patients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.

Salary
N60, 000 – N70, 000 Monthly.
