Job Title: Customer Experience Officer
Locations: Iyana Ipaja, Ajah, Ikotun – Lagos, Auchi – Edo and Awka – Anambra
Cadre: Entry Level
Job Summary
- The Vacancies exist at our Auchi, Awka, Iyana Ipaja, Ajah and Ikotun Terminals.
- Candidates resident in these / proximate locations are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Make or update travel reservation(s) for walk in guest using the online booking system.
- Create and maintain Guests/ reservation records.
- Resolve service matters in-person or virtually.

- Ensure Guests’ complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate Unit(s).
- Adhere to all company policies and promote brand Goodwill.
- Promote / Cross sell the GIGM online booking app and other Company products & services.

- Forward booking/traveling reschedule requests to the concerned unit.
- Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system.
- Assist with Guests’ luggage check in.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree/HND with a second class lower credit (2.2) from an reputable tertiary Institution.
Job Title: Terminal Accountant
Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Job Summary
- The vacancy exists at our Iyana Ipaja (Lagos) Terminals.
- Eligible candidates resident in Iyana Ipaja/ proximate location(s) preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all the accounting functions in the Terminal.
- Work with and assists the Chief Financial Officer in implementing account functions for the company.
- Handle all the cash expenses at the Terminal.
- He also ensures completeness of all payments and dr receipts, invoices, Debit/Credit Memos and ensures they are correctly posted into the Accounting System.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Secure Terminal financial information by completing data base backups.
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

- Prepare reports of all movement of finance in and out of the Terminal.
- Ensure that daily call-over and verification are carried out on all transactions posted into the system from the Terminal.
- Assist in producing schedules for remittance/payment of VAT, PAYE and other statutory payments from the Terminal.
- Liaise with the head office to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to be submitted to management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degreee/HND with a Second Class Lower in Accounting from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Having a Professional Certificate (ACA / ACCA) will be an added advantage.
