We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to Plant Manager

Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun

Job Description

  • To work closely with Plant Manager in providing administrative support to the business.

Key Roles

  • Manage schedules and organize meetings and appointments of the Plant Manager
  • Attend to company visitors who are meeting with the Plant Manager
  • Answer calls and liaise with clients competently
  • Manage the Plant’s courier services, including receiving and dispatching documents at the Plant Manager’s office
  • Raise CAPEX for further processing and documentations
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes and record updates
  • Update production data from Production office to Plant Manager.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Secretarial studies, Business Administration or any science related course
  • 3 – 7 years’ experience in related industry
  • Exceptional writing and oral communication skills
  • Computer literacy – Microsoft Words & Excel
  • Excellent Interpersonal relationship skills.

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Crown Plant, Ijebu-Ode – Ogun

Job  Description

  • Ensure that machines and equipment are available for production activities.

Key Roles

  • Planning & Implementation of preventive scheduled maintenance to ensure that all plant equipment are working properly and efficiently. This includes troubleshooting problems and effecting repairs as needed.
  • Monitor Critical Spares Stock level and initiate timely reorder.
  • Participation in Engineering installations and projects which involves removing old equipment and installing new machines, while displaying efficiency.
  • Implementation of Operational Risk Management Analysis (ORMA) recommendations.
  • Presentation of monthly reports.
  • Ability to use technical knowledge and problem solving skills in ensuring machine availability for production activities.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing organization
  • Proficiency in English language, PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS WORD
  • Good communication skills – oral and written
  • Leadership and time management skills
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Sound business and professional ethics.

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Job Description

  • Ensure provision of constant and adequate supply of Electrical Power, Water, LNG, LPG, Compressed air and Diesel to maintain all factory machines/equipment.

Key Roles

  • Carry out effective changeover when there is failure from either PHCH or Generator or Turbine.
  • Carry out effective and promptly maintenance of process lines equipment in case of breakdown.
  • Carry out routine check and remedial repairs on services/lines equipment and keep record of faults caused and solution for reference purpose.
  • Ensure proper and adequate accountability of materials, equipment and other resources
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports of shift activities and major breakdown to relevant team members for necessary resolution.
  • Co-ordinate and maintain high standard of housekeeping
  • Organize on-the-job training to subordinates and advise on teams’ relevant training needs
  • Ensure employees comply with relevant Quality Management System (QMS), food safety, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) & Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in related role
  • Candidate must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in bottle manufacturing plant
  • Good communication skills – oral and written
  • Leadership and time management skills
  • Use of Microsoft offices – MS Excel, MS Words and Power Point

Job Title: Treasury Specialist

Location: Delta

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the cash office.

Key Roles

  • Keeps track of plant cash before depositing it in a bank or disbursing it.
  • Ensure bank transfer notes, cash payment vouchers, and bank payment vouchers are all posted.
  • Issuing cheques for properly authorized payments and remitting PAYE cheques to banks.
  • Petty cash disbursement and daily bank transactions.
  • Completion of monthly tax tracker report and issuance of receipts from sales proceeds as needed.
  • Raising of debit notes monthly and stock count exercises.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or any other related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related roles
  • Strong numerical and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of NAV Dynamics or any other ERP software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Excellent customer-service and people skills.
