Job Descriptions
- Assist owners with setting the right rent amount that will ensure the property is occupied by quality tenants
- Setting, raising and collecting rent
- Finding and screening tenants
- Enforcing lease terms
- Managing complaints
- Facilitating evictions
- Collection of service charges
- Maintenance, repairs, inspections and turnover of property
- Keeping healthy communication between owners and tenants
- Be conversant with Landlord-Tenant Laws.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or related field
- 2 – 6 years of work experience.
