Job Title: Credit Risk Analyst

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)

Job Descriptions

  • Our client is seeking to hire a credit analyst to work with the Head, of Credit & Business Development to improve our underwriting processes & manage a risk asset portfolio in excess of N3 Billion in a few months’ time.
  • Your responsibilities will include evaluating the financial status of potential customers, monitoring existing clients, performing risk assessments, writing detailed reports, and making informed decisions while extending credit.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree University Degree in Economics, Finance or any other discipline.
  • 3 – 6 years of work experience.
  • Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • Banking experience with adequate knowledge of credit risk management.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • You have a high level of SQL/Excel Proficiency
  • Use of Python/R is a plus
  • You have a good understanding of the business – you quickly identify which metrics are relevant for an area and anticipate which data projects will add value
  • You have a good track record of delivering insight and actionable recommendations in an analytical role preferable in the banking or fintech industry

Job Descriptions

  • Our client requires a Head of Operations who will coordinate the activities of the internal business structure, and also collaborate with the ICT team and Product Manager to ensure the customers are served properly.

Job Descriptions

  • We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who will manage the Business of HR, HR Operations and Recruitment activities for the company and its clients.
  • The prospective candidate should be able to build a team that would effectively deliver on their Job description and satisfy the needs of the clients.

Key Roles

  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Source and Manage HR Business Partnership
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

Job Description

  • Our client requires the services of an Internal Auditor / Internal Control Officer who has the knowledge of Financial System Audit and Compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven working experience as Internal Auditor/Internal Control/Compliance
  • Preferably in the financial services industry. FinTech background is a huge advantage
  • Familiar with the Bank One core banking application
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
