We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Research & Development / Consulting Manager
Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles
- Drive the achievement of periodic revenue target of the business unit.
- Come up with business development/growth plan for the Research & Development/Consulting business unit.
- Build strong relationship with both existing and new customers
- Ensure growth in CREM’s market share in Research & Dev/Consulting
- Strategically drive the retention of our customer base/market share in the business vertical.
- Design innovative and compelling Research and Consulting proposals that elicit curiosity for result.
- Facilitate training when necessary.
- Build a robust customer relationship management mechanism to ensure enhanced usage.
- Discover cracks in Clients’ businesses leading to consulting opportunity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree or its equivalent in related field
- A minimum of 7 – 9 years work experience.
