Job Title: Technical Sales Executive
Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Descriptions
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and field sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other qualifications may be considered based on attributes and experience.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations with good communication skills
- Ability to drive and must be ready for extensive travel
- Excellent Reporting.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of the construction industry, sales and marketing skills, good communication skills, business development and strategic thinking. 2-5years experience in sales and marketing of construction services, or products.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software, preferably Odoo is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Descriptions
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data; developing and maintaining adequate systems of work such that warehouse utilization data, stock-taking records are kept up to date.
- Organizing and managing all storage and distribution activities for the company.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area; improved square meter utilization opportunities
- Ensuring shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy, maintaining records and generating receiving, issuance, inventory, and order requests reports; ensuring accuracy and completeness of purchase order processing.
- Interfacing with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
- Maintaining items record, documenting necessary information and utilizing reports to project warehouse status.
Minimum Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- 1 – 3 years’ experience as a Warehouse supervisor in a manufacturing company
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills, Good knowledge of the construction industry
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Must be conversant with warehouse processes and procedures
- Excellent Report writing skills.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- We urgently need an experienced Sales Manager to head and supervise the sales department at our Abuja and Lagos branches.
Key Roles
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / B.Eng / B.Tech in Civil / Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other qualifications may be considered based on attributes and experience.
- 3 – 5 years relevant work experience in Sales, out of which 2 must have been spent in a managerial capacity in a manufacturing or construction company
- Must possess leadership and excellent communication skills.
