We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head of Operation
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Review, plan, coordinate and manage the branch operations activities and processes for maximum business performance and prompt service delivery.
- Daily and weekly monitoring of branch transaction/postings and call over of same.
- Supervision, Approval and Reversal of all Bank postings.
- Posting of Call and Transport Allowance, Staff Welfare and Sanctions.
- Identify and resolve branch operational challenges and risks that affect bank service delivery.
- Verification or snap check on branch’s operations activities.
- Generate weekly operations reports for MD/CEO and management meeting respectively for decision making.
- Collate and review daily and weekly operations report bank-wide and forward report to MD/CEO for decision making.
- Ensure compliance with the operational policy, procedures and prudential guidelines/regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that exceptions raised by the internal control unit and external auditors are very minimal and promptly addressed
- Monitoring and reconciliation of petty cash accounts and other GL relevant to operations dept.
- Ensure the enforcement and update of the use of the control register which includes Error Log Register, Account Opening Register, Cheque Receivable Register and Return Cheque Register.
- Ensure effective Loan Restructuring and Loan Refinancing.
- Ensure effective transaction call-over is carried out in the branch.
- Ensure effective customer service delivery in all the branches
- Approval of Dormant Account Reactivation.
- Appraise subordinates objectively and make recommendations if necessary.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the department including training and mentoring of subordinates.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the managing director

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND, preferably in a Business-related discipline.
- Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB), professional bankers’ certification (CIBN).
- MBA and/or other relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications will be added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with at least 2 years in managerial position
Salary
N120, 000 – N130, 000 monthly

Requirements and Qualifications
Crossover microfinance bank is in need of an administrative officer with the following skills and attribute:
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years’ work experience.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail

- To contact potential customers and convince them about the bank’s product offerings.
Major accountability for a Relationship Officer is to ensure that business is solicited as per the bank’s guidelines/process. - To ensure that prospects are clearly communicated about the bank charges/terms and conditions.
- To ensure “Know Your Customer” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to.
Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to. - To ensure that no customer application is misplaced and is kept in safe custody.
- To ensure that code of the conduct as per the bank bank’s policy are adhered to.
- To ensure that all the documents provided by the customer for completion the card applications are duly checked and forwarded to the relevant bank officers.
- To ensure that I do the documents original sighting as laid out in the original sighting guidelines of the KYC policy of the bank.
- Verify that potential customers satisfy all criteria required of a desired customer profile as outlined by the bank.
- Maintain accurate and up to date activity records
