Applicants must possess the following:
- Must be Nigerian with Lagos State Resident Registration Agency (LASRRA) Number.
- I am not below 18 years of age.
- Must have at least 5 credits at 0-level and possess a degree in education from a recognized University.
- Non-educational graduates must possess a post-graduate diploma from a recognized university
- Must have good writing, communication and IT skills.
- Must be ready to work in any division of Lagos State.
